The Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation (NIDO), Ghana chapter has said that it learnt the Nigerian High Commission in Ghana was unaware of claims by a Ghanaian businessman that its residential buildings were encroaching in his land.

A block of uncompleted apartments, meant for staff and visiting diplomats, on the property were demolished during the squabble last Friday night.

Vice-President of NIDO-Ghana, Kingsley Attoe, in a telephone interview with newsmen, urged the Federal Government to take urgent steps to address the situation. He regretted that no arrest had so far been made on the attack.
