Aguwa Did Not Die From Coronavirus. See What Killed Him

The Eastern heartland city of Owerri was thrown into a perpetual state of panic following the news that a man who tested positive to Coronavirus lodged in Fancy hotel located at Umuguma area of Owerri west Local Government Area causing the DSS and NCDC to lockdown the hotel together with the 41 guests and workers inside the premises.

But early Monday morning 30th March , 2020 it was discovered that the whole uproar was caused when Chief. Christiantus Aguwa the owner of Fancy Hotels Nigeria and Aguwa Aluminum Industry who recently arrived from Australia, one of the COVID -19 prone countries with about 2,806 cases visited his hotel in Owerri before going to see his people at Ahaizu Mbaise LGA and finally left for Abuja his state of residence after some days where he died two days later.

Meanwhile the intention of the DSS was to get information on his health status and those he had contacts with while staying in the hotel and possibly trace them for isolation and quarantine to avoid spread.

But the whole thing took a drastic turn following the death of Aguwa late Monday evening 30th of March, 2019 in his Abuja residence as news began to fly round that he died of Corona Virus and thereby becoming the 4th person to die of the Virus in Nigeria.

But it was then revealed that Aguwa died due to severe pain emanating from the chest and leg injury he sustained from Gunshots years back which he annually goes to Australia to perform surgery on exactly where he had returned from two weeks ago before his untimely death.

So there is no need for any panic because as reported He did not die from Corona virus nor did he spread it in his hotel or Local Government Area.
