moment senator sneezed into the air

A video showing Senator Abdullahi Adamu removing his face mask while he sneeze into the air during a sitting has surfaced online.

With the current outbreak of the Coronavirus Pandemic, WHO has warned that sneezing is one of the ways the virus can be spread from persons to person and Senator Abdullahi Adamu during a sitting which shows all other lawmakers wearing a face mask to prevent the spread of the virus, took off his mask to sneeze in the air.

Shockingly, other Senators found it amusing after the incident.

Controversial Nigerian journalist, activist against gun violence, and social media personality, Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo, has alleged that the President, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, is very sick after contact with his chief-of-staff, Abba Kyari.

Newsmen reports that Kyari tested positive to the coronavirus pandemic on Monday.

Now, Olunloyo, 55, is claiming Buhari is down with an illness. She wrote,

“#BREAKING UPDATE is that Prez @MBuhari is very sick with persistent coughing. A ventilator has been brought in from a hospital to set up a makeshift ICU to treat our Commander-in-Chief. He had contact with his Chief of staff Mr Kyari who tested positive for CORONAVIRUS #COVID19. Pls, pray for Mr President.”

Newsmen reports that the Nigerian Center for Disease Control [NCDC] had on Monday said Abba Kyari tested positive for the disease while President Muhammadu Buhari tested negative.

Kyari recently visited Germany and Egypt for a meeting where he is said to have contracted the virus, according to the website.

Anyone who is suspected to have been exposed to Kyari “have been advised to self-isolate,” a presidential source anonymously told newsmen.
