Gov. Uzodinma Approves 27 More Appointments In Imo

Governor of Imo Hope Uzodinma, yesterday Monday 23rd March 2020 approved the swearing-in/Inauguration of 11 newly appointed Honourable Commissioners and 16 Special Advisers and Senior Special Assistants.

Governor Uzodinma while swearing In the 11 new appointees Was Held at Ahiajoku International Centre, New Owerri the state capital.

The appointees for Special Advisers to the governor: Mr Ikenna Nlemigbo, Emeka Udegbulem, Hon. Ferdinand Uzodimma, Hon. Austen Nwachukwu, Chief Regis Uwakwe, Mr. Chiedu Okonkwo, Hon. Charles Ejiogu, Nze Eddy Olewuikwe, Mr. Joseph Oputa

Others includes: Hon. Oyibo Nwaneri, Chief Kingsley Ufere, Chidi Onyenwuchi, Stanley Nwaloka, Hon. Ugochukwu Nzekwe, Group Capt. Pat Okibede, Phillip O.U. Okonkwo

Senior Special Assistants to the Governor: Mr. Tony Akuneme, Mr. Modestus Nwankpa, Mrs. Chidinma Oparaocha, Gozie Nzeribe, Valentine Akubudike, Ifeanyi Oruh, Nze James Chinagorom, Eke Ikechukwu Henry, Agasu Uchenna Emmanuel, Mrs. Gloria Chinyere Igwe and Hon. Mrs. Blessing Nwoba.

The number one citizen of Imo promised to shock citizens with breathtaking achievements in his first year in office.
Speaking on Sunday in honour of Bishop Moses Chikwe, the auxiliary bishop of Owerri Archdiocese, held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Uzoagba in Ikeduru Local Government Area, Uzodinma said the administration had a well laid out manifesto that it would implement to accelerate the development of the state and bring prosperity to the people.

Uzodinma appealed to the people not to judge him by the records of past leaders but rather with what he would achieve as governor.

Uzodinma assured that his achievements would change the landscape of the state and make the people thank God that he was their governor.

“Within the next 12 months you will see a great difference. My government will shock you with breathtaking achievements that will change Imo for good. You will be happy that you elected me your governor and will know that my mandate is destined by God,” he said.
