Ihedioha’s TC Chairmen, Councillors Sacked By Uzodinma

Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma has approved the immediate dissolution of the 27 LGA Interim Management Committee Chairmen and their councilors and has subsequently requested the Directors of Administration & General Services in these various local governments council headquarters to immediately take over the running of government until further notice.

You may recall that the immediate sacked IMC Chairmen and councilors were the appointees of the now-defunct Rebuild Imo administration of Chief Emeka Ihedioha.

There are indications that the earlier suspended APC LG Chairmen and Councillors may return to their offices after months of suspension by Ihedioha.

The suspended LGA officials had weeks ago staged a comeback to their duties but we’re stiffly resisted by members of Ihedioha’s TC which led to the lost of a life.
